Inspection

All the materials are purchased from our stable qualified suppliers
and these suppliers should pass our audit annually. All material
purchased will be inspected or tested and only the qualified material
can be used for production. Any non-conformed materials will be
returned to the specific supplier with a written request for improvement.

| There are written criteria for each kind of material
to purchase as well for consigned processing. We put materials into
different grade according to their importance for the final product.
For the most important materials such as polypropylene resin, UV stabilizer,
masterbatches, the supplier must provide test certificate which ensures
the batch meet the technical data and specification requirements.
Different ways of inspection with the help of testing facilities are
adopted to ensure the materials are qualified before entering warehouse.
