Lianrong Group was ISO 9002 certified in 2001. Our strict quality control program ensures the high quality of our products. There are three basic steps for quality control in our operations from material purchasing to final product delivery. They are material inspection, process control, and final quality control.

All our materials are purchased from our stable qualified suppliers and they should be audit every year. All our material purchased will be inspected or tested and only the qualified material can be used for production. Any non-conformed materials will be returned to the specific supplier with a written request for improvement.

During the process control, our inspection and test are arranged in different production procedures: extrusion, weaving, coating, cutting, sewing, packing. Any non-conformities are immediately corrected and measures implemented to correct the problem.

For final quality control, bags are measured and visually checked to ensure the customers' specifications have been met. Finally a strength test is applied using bursting test equipment.
