During the process control, our inspection and test are arranged in different production procedures: extrusion, weaving, coating, cutting, sewing, packing. Any non-conformities are immediately corrected and measures implemented to correct the problem.

During the PP strap extrusion period, we inspect and test straps' width, denier, strength, elongation every 2 hours to ensure the straps conform to the required standards. Only the straps which have been approved, can be used in the process of weaving of fabric or webbing.

Our weaving process includes fabric weaving and webbing weaving. The width, grammage, weaves of the fabric will be checked and the strength and elongation will be tested. We will compare the test results with the standard specification to ensure the stable quality level for fabric. For the produced roll webbings, the grammage, strength and elongation will be tested.

During cutting period and sewing period, we have process inspector check the cutting piece and every bag in sewing process to ensure the sewing method is correct. If there are any quality problem, measures will be taken to correct the operation immediately.

We all staffs understand that the process control is most critical to quality control. Only strict process control can ensure the high quality as measures can be taken in early time.
